Knitted on a 240 needles superfine gauge machine in a micro herringbone pattern, with 25% silk and 75% Egyptian mako cotton. While the superior quality Egyptian mako cotton – considered one of the best in the world – provides breathability and comfort, silk enhances comfort further thanks to its thermoregulating properties and being especially kind to sensitive skin. This cotton/silk blend offers a slight sheer look, where the shine of silk dances with light, without being see-through. Wonderful from the office to black tie events
While the classic herringbone pattern adds a timeless charm to any outfit, we recommend paying particular attention to the shoes you wear our Signature socks with. While the presence of silk and the reinforced toe and heel ensure durability, a whole day walk around Florence during Pitti, for example, might cause damage as they rub against the inside of your shoes. Bespoke shoes a thus most suitable, as they should prevent this from happening.

Care
We recommend hand washing. If you are not able to accommodate, a 30 degrees wash separately from other garments or in a washing bag is the best alternative. Avoid tumble drying.
Using a shoe horn when putting on shoes and keeping your nails in order will also prevent unnecessary wear.
