Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours (working days only). If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. All creations that are handmade to order require at least two weeks between crafting and shipping before they reach you, also depending on delivery address and method.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer FREE UK DELIVERY over £50, FREE EU over £149 and *FREE WORLDWIDE countries over £199. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Please note, we cannot accept deliveries to PO Boxes for most countries. Deliveries migth be able to be made to PO Boxes in the Middle East Region; defined as the following countries:

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Purple Seal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Purple Seal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
